Today I decided to pick up my camera after awhile to take some shots. I went as close as possible to my home due to Monday laziness :)

I took this photo of the Karst landscape in Slovenia on September 2016 evening near the castle of Socerb.

All pictures were taken from and on a hill located near Senožeče (Slovenia) and Dolenja vas with a view on the bigger hill Nanos (1.313m)

The weather was perfect to put out my 50mm 1.8 Nikkor lens to test it's performance. I think it did a great job!

As the weather turned perfect for a sunset photo on 24. March 2016, I immediately run out and get these two splendid shots.

On 31.1. 2016 was hanging around my hometown and came up with this shots. Must say that temperatures are pretty high for this time of the year but fortunately the sky, sunset colours and a little bit of a mist makes everything looking great.

Today I had some free time and what's the best thing to do? Take out your... hmm... camera and make some shots of course :) Here in Slovenia is now winter but here on our coast instead of snow we got sun. Today my plan was to take some photos of the Comet "Panstarrs" but I couldn't due to the weather (clouds). Instead, I got a beautiful opportunity and light to make some sunset shots.

I took a walk on the beach of Strunjan with my camera on purpose, to take some shots of the sunset. The second picture was done few minutes after the sunset and as you can see, there's a big difference in colors, feelings and believe me, also in temperature of the air. The church you can see on both pictures is a town - Piran, Slovenia.

A flower I found today growing from the dry earth, just 3 meters away from the sea in http://www.parkstrunjan.si/

This is my hometown. Mainly visible only the old part of the town. Far across the sea lies Italy with it's Alps. In good weather conditions there is always such a beautiful view.
